If you want a subwoofer that doesn't just fill a room but pressurises it, the PB-2000 Pro is where SVS turns up the ambition. Where a sealed cabinet prioritises tightness, this ported design is engineered for maximum output and genuinely subterranean extension — reaching down to a startling 16Hz, into the frequency range you feel more than hear.

At its core is an all-new 12-inch high-excursion driver, paired with a 550-watt RMS (1,500+ watt peak) Sledge STA-550D amplifier. That's serious continuous power with a huge dynamic reserve, meaning the sub stays composed and distortion-free even when a film's low-end effects or a track's sub-bass line demand everything it has. Twin toroidal ferrite magnets and a dual-layer copper voice coil keep that output linear and controlled, so bass hits hard without turning to mush.

Behind the power is a 50MHz Analog Devices DSP with three-band parametric EQ, giving you real, studio-grade tuning tools rather than a single volume dial. Removable port plugs let you switch between full-output "ported" mode for maximum slam, or a tighter, more sealed-style character for music — genuinely two subwoofers in one cabinet. All of it is controlled from the free SVS smartphone app, so dialling in the perfect balance for your room takes minutes, not guesswork.

Built on technology drawn from SVS's award-winning 16-Ultra Series, the PB-2000 Pro is the subwoofer serious home theatre owners and bass-forward music lovers reach for when a sealed sub simply isn't enough. If your room is large, your movie nights are loud, and you want bass that's felt in the chest as much as heard — this is it.
