The SVS PB-2000 PRO Subwoofer is designed to provide deep bass extension and power output with enhanced musicality to please both audiophiles and home theater fans. The Sledge STA-550D DSP amplifier, 12" high-excursion driver, and dual-ported cabinet design help take control of a space with room-filling output with virtually no distortion, even at reference playback levels.
The motor assembly, which weighs over 15 lb, is engineered to generate massive amounts of magnetics to achieve extreme driver excursion without losing control, outputting frequencies lower than 20 Hz.
The SVS PB-2000 PRO Subwoofer cone is made from aluminum for its lightweight yet rigid properties. In conjunction with the composite fiber dust cap, the cone is designed to produce high SPLs while maintaining control at high drive levels.
