I had a great experience with Sound X Perience. I was interested in the Bowers and Wilkins PX7 S3 and when I called them, I received incredible and professional service from DeWet and they checked the availability of the headphones for me and assisted me with my online order. I received my headphones less than 2 days after placing my order and I am very happy with the product so far!

Got a pair of Monitor Audio speakers. One missing the grille. One missing a foam plug. After requests these parts arrived around a month later. Edit: turns out the floorstanding speakers are missing the entire bottom mounts to isolate the sound and quoted R3k by local ZA distributor to obtain. That would mean the cost wouldn’t be far off a new pair of higher grade speakers. I’ve purchased rubber mounts from Amazon, hope they do the job reasonably well. None of these issues communicated to sellers on their website.

I ordered a Polk MXT70 5.0 Speaker Package with Denon AVC S660H from Sound X from their online site. Initially I have not received any feedback on my order and after 3 days I started requested some feedback due to the fact that it was an online order & I was waiting for confirmation & delivery details. My order was hand delivered by the friendly people from Sound X, personally, a week later. Awesome products & service received. I am very happy with my purchase & would definitely support them again for future purchases.
