This was second time buying from Sound Xperience in a space of a year and a half as I trust the good quality of products they have on offer and the great value they have. I got my order in 3 days and i was happy with serice. The only disappointing part was getting my refund back, due to the fact that I changed my mind on the initial product (Polk) I bought and opted for a cheaper product (Klipsch). The sales gentleman who was helping me decided to stop communicating after a week from the purchase on how far my refund process was, he completely ignored my whatsapp follow up messages until I decided to call and got assisted by a lovely lady who managed to assist me after a week and half of excuses from the sales gentleman. Other than that I'm happy
