Monitor Audio Bronze C150 7G (Black) Description:
The Monitor Audio Silver C150 7G Centre Speaker is a compact, high-performance anchor for home cinema setups, designed to deliver crystal-clear dialogue and a seamless soundstage in smaller to medium-sized rooms. As part of the 7th generation Silver Series, it features refined driver technology and a sophisticated aesthetic that blends into modern interiors.
Key Features & Performance
-
- Articulate Dialogue: The 1" C-CAM Gold Dome tweeter, paired with a new Uniform Dispersion (UD) Waveguide II, ensures lifelike treble and wider sound dispersion, so dialogue remains clear even for viewers sitting off-center.
- Advanced Driver Tech: It utilizes dual 5.25" mid-bass drivers featuring Rigid Surface Technology (RST) II. This unique hexagonal pattern makes the cones stiffer and lighter, resulting in faster, more accurate sound with minimal distortion.
- Flexible Placement: The sealed cabinet design is a major advantage for home theaters. Unlike ported speakers, the C150 7G can be placed inside an AV rack, on a shelf, or close to a wall without the bass becoming "boomy" or muddy.
- Superior Build Quality: Monitor Audio uses a single bolt-through driver design, where a bolt runs from the back of the cabinet to the driver. This acts as rigid bracing while decoupling the driver from the front baffle for cleaner, uncoloured audio.
Design & Aesthetics
The Silver C150 7G is available in premium finishes, including Satin White, High Gloss Black, and real wood veneers like Black Oak, Natural Walnut, and Ash. It features ultra-low profile magnetic grilles for a clean look when removed.
