Disgraceful service. I paid for a headset only to be informed 2 days after that they dont have stock, i asked for alternatives via email which was not sent until i complained days later. Naturally they suggested one set which was morew than double. They eventually after emails and calls said they would refund and i had to supply a confirmation of account. Nothin g has been done. Email after email and no refund. Do not trust them.

Enquired bout bookshelf speakers on Instagram. I was told to send my Email address & phone number. In less than 24hrs DeWet contacted me about my inquiry. We discussed my whole setup, and he advised me of the most suitable speakers. Payment made and my speakers were delivered the next day. My experience with Dewet was most satisfactory! And the delivery was prompt.
