The service from DeWet was more than 💯 % he is the reason why I will use SoundXperience in future.

I went Sound X Patience on 3/10/2024 to buy an expensive set of earbuds as a gift. At the store after choosing the item I asked the lady if they were not on special/sale as I had seen it on other platforms cheaper however after being in the sound x webpage they obviously were the correct store to be purchasing from and although there were other stores with the same capabilities they were on my route. Anyway the sales lady replied saying she cannot discount the item as it’s a premium product and cannot be discounted, believing her I paid R5999.00 for earbuds which were a gift , the upset part about this 1st experience at Sound X is that when I arrived to my destination later that day and started reading my emails , I see that I had recieved an Email form Sound X about their Birthday sale earlier the same day and after browsing thru that birthday sale I was quiet annoyed to see the item I just purchased earlier in the day being on sale for R4:999.00 !! So what happened to the entire R999:00 extra that I had just paid , did the sales lady hace a good lunch ?? Is this the normal order or operation at Sound X ?? Does the owner n know that it’s happening?? Any which way, that’s my first and last time shopping at Sound X , I mean they have great products and I believe good knowledge but there are quiet a bit competitive stores in the same caliber around Gauteng and the rest of the country who are are kind enough to sell you the premium items at the correct market price and not rip you off just because you’r in their store buying products of a high caliber that are not flying off the shelves from every other store. That is just my 2c experience and I will not visit Sound X for a second time

I received good assistance from Robinson in the Sandton branch. I was impressed by the service and delivery to a remote town, and great sound once set up.

Great company! Effecient service with very competitive prices. A sales person by the name of DeWet assisted me. He's very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to get information for me about a product I was buying. Keep up the great service!
