I had a great experience with Sound X Perience. I was interested in the Bowers and Wilkins PX7 S3 and when I called them, I received incredible and professional service from DeWet and they checked the availability of the headphones for me and assisted me with my online order. I received my headphones less than 2 days after placing my order and I am very happy with the product so far!

What started first with a need for advice. I used the chat service that pops up in the corner and after a lengthy discussion with Goodwill (Agent) about Marantz NR1200 and Denon DRA 800H. I Made my decision. the consultant was super knowledgeable and in the end gave me a phrase "Marantz is more Musical and Denon is more Home Theatre Orientated". I have chosen the Marantz NR1200, and so far I am not sorry at all for my decision. And it was this Phrase that made me just click BUY. Good Job Guys Keep it up. The product came through in perfect condition and while I had to wait a few days to set it up due to renovations, I'm ecstatic with my purchase!

I ordered my Bowers and Wilkins PI4 and it was delivered within 48 hours. Service from Sound X Perience has always been excellent. The PI4 is lovely but there are a few glitches with it (losing blueetooth connectivity; sometimes not sure if it is on or off; can't tell battery life without checking your phone) but still a worthwhile device to have.
