These people never get back to you and basically have to BEG for them to come and assist you.

I have never had such a poor experience buying such an expensive item in my life before. I ordered a laser projector and screen for Black Friday, promises were made for delivery days and never arrived. It was very hard to set up and they promised that Hisense would send a technician around to set it up that’s never happened. I have asked no less Than 14 times for an invoice and guarantee including replying to the spam emails that Rob sends out, and every time the promise is made to send the invoice and I have yet to receive it, it’s been 7+ months. I have never been so disgusted in a company as I am in this one.
