Service as good as fabulous sound

Purchased an Amp from them it’s been in repair 7 times and put my savings into this products. The amp failed again in Dec after just being repaired Today I was told by Rob and Paul the owners that they will not replace amp and I should fight directly with Yamaha SA The amp has never in all the time I have had it ever been amp to be used to enjoy it and been in for repair more then connected to my TV Their policy is shocking and service none existent unless. Example amp gets taken for 3/4 months with no correspondence unless you follow up This amp was meant to be enjoyed but never got to enjoy it as it was in for repairs more then I had it a home Don’t buy from these people they will not support after sales What a shocking company

What a pleasure. Received what I purchased without having to send the thing back. The product is absolutely amazing. Received the product within the promised time frame. Will definitely purchase from these guys again
